សាច់គោឡុកឡាក់ Lok Lak Beef

Ingredients:

2lb tender beef cut in cubes
1 full spoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon tapioca powder
1 teaspoon sugar
2 table spoon oyster sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 spoon cooking oil

Vegetable tray: lettuce, tomato, onions, green onions and cilantro

Sauce: 3 spoon water, 1 spoon fish sauce, 1 spoon vinegar, 1/2 spoon sugar, 1/2 spoon of light brown cooked minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.

To do:
1. mix the meat with tapioca powder then set aside for about 10 min.
2. Heat a pan, pour the cooking oil, put the garlic in, stir till light brown.
3. Add all ingredients in, stir well.
4. Add the marinated meat cubes, stir well till it gets dried.
5. Pour on the tray of vegetable.
6. Topped with green onions and cilantro
7. Serve with the sauce and white rice.
