ស្ពៃជ្រក់ mustard green pickle

Ingredient:
1kg Mustard greens
1 spoon table salt
1 liter water
1 table spoon sugar
a few red hot pepper

To do:

1. Wash the mustard green, cut in small size in any way your want, and dry it in the hot sun about two to three hours, till the leaves get very soft.
2. Boil the water, add salt and sugar. Let it cool off to about 45ំc.
3. Place the greens in a jar and pour the salted water in.
4. Top it with red hot pepper then cover the jar and let it stand in the hot son about two full days till the greens changes its color completely to pale yellow.
5. To make it more sour, you can boil the water by adding some rice grains in the sauce and boil it to thick juice. But to do this, you will have better taste but you can't keep the pickle more than 3 days to eat.
