Ingredients:

1/2 teaspoon of salt
7 spoon of sugar
300g clean mung bean
12 egg yolk, mix it well
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of water


Preparation:

1. Steam the mung bean, mashed them with sugar and salt, then roll it into small balls, oblong shape.
2. Bring water to boiling add sugar and let it boil.
3. drop the ball in the mixed egg yolk, scoop out then drop in the boiling sugar for two minutes, scoop it out, drain it, and serve.
