Ingredients:

a handful of dried baby shrimp
1 spoon fish sauce
1/2 spoon sugar
1 chili pepper
2 cloves garlic
a handful of crunched roasted peanuts
a handful of shredded papaya
1 tomato, shredded
a few stalks of long green beans, cut in 3cm in length.
1 lime

Preparation:

1. In a Khmer mortar, pound the dried shrimp with garlic, chili pepper, sugar.
2. Add fish sauce and peanuts, mix well.
3. Squeeze the lime and pour the juice in, mix well
3. Add all vegies and pound them well.
4. Adjust your taste and serve.
